- with a network Naturopathic Doctor (a N.D.) via telephone (guaranteed call back within 3 hours, but usually in less than 1 hour) (7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern, 7 days/week).
Diagnostic Consultations1 (for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and prescriptions when appropriate):
- with a network Medical Doctor (a M.D.) licensed in your state, except South Carolina and Oklahoma - if Oklahoma, a network Doctor of Osteopathy (a D.O.) 24/7/365 via telephone (guaranteed call back within 3 hours, but usually within 25 minutes). Consultations available via web video in select states2 (call back time dependent on doctor's availability, but usually within 3 hours).

To engage in live video consultations, you need to be equipped with the right hardware and connection. Minimum requirements include:
- High-speed Internet connection
- Flash-enabled Web browser
- Headset with a built-in microphone
- Webcam
- 1 gigahertz (GHz) processor
- 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM
- Windows or Mac operating system
